Location:
Simply Happy is located in the north of Portugal in the village of Oucias, a half-hour drive from the town of Arcos de Valdevez.

How to get there:
From Arcos de Valdevez, you can hire a taxi or Uber to Simply Happy (about €15).
By car:
It takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes to reach Simply Happy by car from Porto airport. Use the above link for navigation or type “Arcos House” into Google Maps.
There is a free car park at the entrance of Simply Happy, right in front of the restaurant.
Short stay: Single or shared twin rooms with a private bathroom and shared kitchen
Long stay: Stone house with a kitchen
Bedding, extra blankets, towels, handwash and shower gel will be provided by Simply Happy. Hair dryers are available on request.
Please be aware that Simply Happy is a work in progress. It is not yet a full-fledged hotel facility.
Food:
At this point, we do not have an operational restaurant or food ordering system. However, you will have a fully equipped shared kitchen where you can prepare meals, either for yourself or together with other guests.
Please note: The village is in an isolated location, so it is best to buy your groceries on the way when coming to Simply Happy, for example in Arcos de Valdevez. Note that this is a rural area and there are no stores close to the village.
